“First of all, because we do not accept all of the clients that consult with us, there is no charge for your initial consultation.

During your initial consultation we will discuss with you the specific facts of your case, the history of your situation and the various legal issues that are likely to arise in a case like yours. We will explain to you how the laws of the state of Florida apply to your factual situation and we will answer any and all questions you have about your case.

We offer initial consultation to our clients in a variety of ways. 

These free initial consultations can be done in person, by phone and even by Skype. 

In addition to discussing the facts and legal issues involved in your case, we will also discuss with you the various options you have for going forward with your case. We explore the best method of promoting an early and amicable settlement and we also discuss your options as far as managing your case.

Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to the law.  Failing to act will often damage your legal rights.  You will have well-meaning friends and family members provide you with all sorts of information and misinformation about your situation.
