Joseph P. Cairns
Senior Associate
Mr. Cairns joined the firm as a Senior Associate in 2009 after working as an Associate for the Law Office of Catherine W. Real and the Regina Hunter Law Group. Joe graduated from Stetson University's College of Law, which is the number one ranked law school in the country for trial advocacy, and he also graduated from St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor's Degree in political science.
Mr. Cairns is a member of the Florida Bar, the Clearwater Bar Association, the Canakaris Family Law Inns of Court and the Clearwater Chapter of Business Networks International.
Joe has had significant experience in all types of family law cases and he has also already had significant experience with conducting trials for family law matters.
Matthew W. Wilson
Senior Associate
Mr. Wilson joined the firm as a Senior Associate after spending almost 8 years as a Case Manager for Catherine W. Real, PA and for Blackwell and Blackwell. Matt graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Northern Iowa, where he received his BA in political science. He also graduated from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas.
While in law school Matt worked in the family law clinic and he co-authored a successful appeal before the United States Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit.
Matt, who is a member of the Florida Bar, also has extensive experience at handling family law cases and he is also heavily involved in the appellate practice of the law firm.
Jarica B. Nipper
Associate Attorney
Ms. Nipper is an Associate Attorney for the law firm, joining us in early 2011, after working for the Law Office of Stephen Glaros. Jarica graduated from the University of Florida and then obtained her J.D. from the University of Tulsa's Law School.
While in law school Jarica was a member of the Moot Court team and she was selected to be a member of the Order of Barristers. Jarica has also published an article for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law.
Jarica is a member of the Florida Bar and the Canakaris Family Law Inns of Court.
