During your initial consultation you will usually speak to Mr. Williams himself to discuss the various legal issues involved in your case.   Mr. Williams will explain to you how the laws of Florida apply to your situation and he will answer any and all questions you have about your case.  Mr. Williams will also provide you with his legal advice on how you should proceed.

We offer initial consultation to our clients in a variety of ways. 

These consultations can be done in person, by phone or by Skype. 

In any event Mr. Williams, or one of our Senior Associates, will discuss your case with you in depth and we will share with you both the positives and negatives about your case, so that you can make intelligent decisions about how to proceed.
